There is also a foam evaporator on three sides and the refrigerant used for this freezer is R290, which is CFC-free. The maximum ambient temperature of this professional freezer is 32 ºC. The compact protective insulation in the freezer is 6 cm.
Easy cleaning
Both the interior and exterior are made of stainless steel, making cleaning easy. This also helps to keep the worktop hygienic. The smooth surface minimises the spread of dirt and bacteria and there are no crevices where dirt can accumulate. Clean this freezer and worktop with a damp cloth, a little warm water and a mild detergent. Make sure to wipe everything dry with a soft cloth before using it again.
