Description
CARAPHOT is a chocolate melter designed and constructed to melt and maintain the temperature of chocolate.
Inside the CarapHot there are removable containers in which you can put chocolate, sauces, toppings, creams, which can be used for
operations such as spreading ice cream on a stick, spinning and decorating both artisanal and soft serve ice creams, frozen yogurts, etc.
• Capacity: 7 l for CarapHot One and Two - 2 l for CarapHot Mini.
• The height of the containers is ideal for thorough immersion of the products: 25 cm for CarapHot One and Two – 14 cm for CarapHot Mini.
• Removable stainless steel container.
• Dry heating system, without water, both on the bottom and sides to ensure even temperature.
