Description

The HENDI tray welder is a modern device that is designed for use in all types of gastronomy. The device is sturdy thanks to the use of 2 mm thick acid-resistant steel, and the seamless construction allows for quick cleaning of the lower part of the body without having to turn off the device. In addition, the base is insulated against high temperature and electrical voltage.

The sealing surface has a special titanium coating that prevents all types of foil tape from sticking and seals quickly in 1-3 seconds. After using the appropriate dies, the device can pack trays with a maximum size of 235 × 190 x (H) 155 mm and glasses up to a height (H) 170 mm

Thanks to the pressure damper, it is possible to adjust the pressure of the packaging edge on the heating plate, which prevents the packaging from cracking, eliminates microcracks and, most importantly, eliminates leaks.

The welder with high-performance heaters reduces the warm-up time. The device is fully ready for operation in just 8-10 minutes.

The uniform temperature across the entire sealing surface is precisely regulated by a knob in the range of 50°C - 210°C and the applied thermal insulation reduces heat loss.

On the device you will find colored LEDs monitoring the operation of the device and a backlit safety switch. However, inside there is an overload fuse and an overcurrent protection.

This sealer has a special film feeder with a tensioner that ensures even film distribution and prevents curling. You can put a tray with a maximum width of 187 mm and a diameter of 170 mm.
