The new MILLENNIAL BLACK MASK COMPACT range of electric convection ovens will serve their purpose perfectly wherever every centimeter is important. Only 500 mm wide means it is suitable for even the smallest kitchen. It is also a good solution as a second or third convection oven in the kitchen
The electronic, 7-inch, color, TFT (Thin Film Transistor) touch control panel enables very precise setting of preset cooking parameters. The control menu is written in 42 languages, including Czech and Slovak
MILLENNIAL BLACK MASK furnaces contain 3 patented solutions:
Airflowlogic™ – an innovative solution consisting of a complete redesign of the deflector (cover shield). The result is perfect air flow for the best cooking result
Humilogic™ – a new humidification system with direct water supply
from the ventilator. It provides a high level of humidity with significantly less water consumption
Drylogic™ – Drylogic™ oven chamber drying system. Thanks to constant monitoring of programmed parameters and values, MILLENIAL furnaces have full control over the humidity level in the chamber
MOST IMPORTANT FEATURES:
Multi Level – this function allows you to prepare several dishes at the same time, which require the same cooking temperature and amount of steam, but different processing times. The Multi Level function allows cooking all dishes at the same time. The oven will announce itself which food to remove from the oven because it is ready.
1-point temperature probe – thanks to the probe, the oven is able to constantly monitor and maintain the temperature inside the food. It automatically adjusts the parameters to ensure a perfect result when baking and cooking.
Automatic wash system - can only be fitted at the factory. 4 washing programs: ECO, Normal, Intensive, Rinse. Adapted to different types of contamination in the chamber. The new design of the washing head saves up to 30% of water.
Pre-Heating – the chamber is preheated by 30°C more than the set temperature for cooking.
Holding (Maintenance) – after cooking is finished, the oven keeps the food at the dispensing temperature.
Cool Down - quickly lowers the temperature in the chamber so that another food that requires a lower cooking temperature can be added.
HACCP – the ability to display current values in the oven to check the correct cooking process.
Proofer – the oven switches to proofer mode.
Holding Cabinet – the oven can be used as a holding cabinet, which will keep food at the dispensing temperature and humidity at all times.
Possibility to save 500 programs, each 10 steps
Select one of the 500 programs and press START. The oven will start working according to precisely set values such as the temperature in the chamber, the temperature inside the food, the cooking time, the humidity level in each step of the entire cycle. These parameters can be modified, saved and deleted from the memory.
Three fan speeds – three-stage fan speed regulation ensures speed adjustment according to cooking requirements and even temperature distribution in the chamber.
Cooking with a temperature probe - thanks to the probe, the oven can control and maintain the temperature inside the food. It constantly and automatically adjusts the parameters and ensures perfect baking and cooking.
Baking with the Delta T function
This is an improved probe cooking method. Especially useful for cooking larger pieces of meat such as ham. The system automatically maintains a slight difference between the temperature in the chamber and the center of the food. The result is evenly cooked food.
USB port – especially suitable for kitchens with multiple devices. It is enough to have one oven programmed and upload the program to the other ovens via USB.
