All-stainless construction made of quality food-grade steel AISI 304 – EN 1.4301. Glass-ceramic plate thickness – 6 mm. Continuous temperature regulation of heating elements. Protection against overheating. Residual heat indicator for each cooking zone. The separate cooking part and the base in several variants are equipped with adjustable feet.
