This rack conveyor dishwasher is ideal for washing large quantities of dishes, especially during a busy day. Racks of dirty dishes quickly and easily pass through the rack conveyor, which thoroughly washes them, leaving them clean and ready for the next use. This commercial dishwasher has a capacity to wash 60 to 120 racks per hour. It can be expanded with a stainless steel roller table on the right side of the dishwasher.

Intended for commercial use

This dishwasher has a washing temperature of 60°C and a rinsing cycle of 82°C, which helps everything dry faster. It is also a very quiet dishwasher, with an operating noise level of less than 65 dB. This dishwasher uses 160 l of water per hour. It has an IPX4-protected control panel, so water does not get behind the easy-to-use buttons. The rack-mounted dishwasher is supplied without a rinse and soap pump. The following accessories are included: a 50 x 50 cm glass basket, a 50 x 50 cm plate basket and inlet and drain hoses to connect the appliance to the water supply. The drain pump is not included, as the water drains naturally.

Easy to use

It is important to rinse the dirty dishes first under the tap to remove all food particles. Then fill the rack with dishes and slide it over the protective curtains. Switch on the dishwasher and it will start to fill with water. During this phase you can see the fill light flashing on the display. Once the water reaches the correct level, the fill light will go out and the display will show the temperature of the boiler and the wash tank. The washing machine will heat up and the lights will come on when the set temperature is reached. You can then place the basket at the entrance to the washing machine. The basket will be connected to the basket transport system and once it is inside the dishwasher, the washing programme will start.
