This durable grill plate has a smooth double grill plate made of 15 mm hardened stainless steel with a satin finish. The grill plate is set in a water-tight recess and its upper part is seamlessly welded. Thanks to the heat distribution, the dishes are cooked evenly. The grill also fits perfectly into the cooking line.

Equipped with splash-proof covers

This professional grill plate has a 1.5 liter drip tray. In addition, you can set the temperature between 100 and 300 ºC. The appliance is also equipped with a pilot light and a gas safety valve with a thermocouple. Despite the high temperatures, working with this professional grill plate is always safe. It is equipped with stainless steel splash guards that prevent oil spills. You can use the grill on LPG or natural gas.

Easy to clean

Cleaning the grill plate is very easy. There is a removable tray underneath the appliance to collect grease. The stainless steel cover and splash guard make the smooth surfaces easy to clean. A scraper is used to remove coarse residue. A damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent can be used to clean the exterior and grill. Make sure all parts are wiped dry before using the grill again.
